What You’ll Do
As part of Cisco’s Strategic Partner Sales Team, your primary responsibility will be to drive Cisco’s business growth in alignment with its priorities by managing executive relationships and maintaining strong governance with strategic partners. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute the business plan (IPP) to expand Cisco’s portfolio across hardware, software, and services. Key areas of focus include growing bookings, promoting Cisco Architectures and Solutions, and fostering software and service sales.
Key responsibilities:
Drive Market Transition: Encourage partners to adapt to market changes, focusing on their contribution to Cisco’s success in India.
Optimize Profitability: Create tailored offers based on business outcomes to maximize partner profitability.
Enable Sales Support: Equip partners to effectively sell and support Cisco’s solutions.
Advocate for Cisco and Partner Success: Act as a liaison to resolve conflicts and maintain mutual benefits.
Promote Lifecycle Services: Enhance lifecycle practices with a focus on customer success and renewals.
Executive Engagement: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with partner executives.

Who You Are
Experience: 8-12 years in Sales, Business Development, or Partner Alliance Management.
Alignment and Strategy: Skilled in aligning partner goals with Cisco’s sales objectives.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in networking and IT, with preference for Cisco-specific expertise.
Industry Insights: Understanding of industry trends and expertise in executing Go-To-Market strategies.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with a background in leveraging business intelligence.
Communication: Executive-level presence with effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Collaboration: Capable of working across local, regional, and corporate teams in a dynamic environment.
