Program Overview:
The Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is an opportunity tailored for BCA and B.Sc students to develop a strong foundation in IT while working and pursuing an M.Tech degree. This program, funded by Wipro, allows candidates to enhance their qualifications and gain valuable work experience simultaneously.
Eligibility Criteria:
– Academic Requirements:
– 10th and 12th Standard: Pass
– Graduation: Minimum of 60% or 6.0 CGPA
– Graduation Year:
– 2023, 2024
– Eligible Qualifications and Fields:
– Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
– Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, and Physics
Additional Conditions:
– Open schooling/distance learning allowed for 10th and 12th.
– Up to one active backlog permitted at the time of online assessment.
– Candidates must complete any backlogs before the sixth semester ends.
– Must have taken Core Mathematics in Graduation (Business and Applied Mathematics are excluded).
– Maximum 3-year gap allowed between 10th and the start of graduation.
– No education gap allowed during graduation, which must be completed within 3 years.
– Citizenship requirements: Indian, PIO, OCI, or citizenship certificate for Bhutan/Nepal nationals.
– Candidates must be 18+ years at the time of registration.
Selection Process:
– Round 1: Online Assessment (80 minutes, divided into four sections: Verbal, Analytical, Quantitative, and Written Communication).
– Round 2: Business Discussion
– Round 3: HR Discussion
Service Agreement:
A five-year commitment is required, and leaving before this period necessitates reimbursement of the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
