Position Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced professional to enhance our university recruitment efforts across the APAC region. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing campus recruitment strategies, onboarding new interns and graduates, and engaging students to build a robust talent pipeline. Key responsibilities include overseeing intern programs, creating and analyzing performance metrics, coordinating branding strategies, and facilitating seamless campus recruiting events.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and manage a range of events, including intern programs, graduate onboarding, and regional campus events.
– Lead the onboarding process for new interns and graduates, ensuring a smooth, impactful experience.
– Deliver training sessions for hiring managers and candidates, facilitating the recruitment process.
– Partner with the Futureforce recruitment team to develop tracking metrics that demonstrate the impact and return on investment of recruiting initiatives.
– Monitor and evaluate recruitment strategies, using metrics to communicate results and improvements to stakeholders.
– Support campus strategy and recruitment efforts, focusing on attracting students from target universities.
– Organize social and networking events for interns, liaising with external vendors as needed.
– Oversee operational tasks, including budget management and logistical coordination for Futureforce programs.
– Contribute to additional projects as the scope of work evolves.
Requirements:
– 4–6 years of experience in recruitment or program management.
– Proven experience in designing and executing university engagement and branding initiatives.
– Strong project management skills, including effective planning, resource allocation, and reporting.
– Proficiency in reporting tools, applicant tracking systems, and familiarity with Microsoft and Google software.
– Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and task management abilities.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, meeting deadlines amidst changing priorities.
– Self-driven, adaptable, and quick to learn new skills.
